Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Submit by Hand (the "Service", available at submitbyhand.com) is operated by SUNNYISH LLC, a company organized in the United States ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Questions can be sent to support@submitbyhand.com.

2. The service

We submit your product (website, app, tool or service) to online directories, launch platforms and listing sites ("directories"). Each plan includes a set number of directory submissions. For every order we:

• draft listing copy from your website, which you can review and edit before we start;
• choose directories that match your product from our list, minus any you exclude;
• create an account where a directory requires one, using a dedicated inbox and password we generate for your order;
• submit your listing over roughly 2–3 weeks and keep a record of each submission, including a screenshot, the date, and the listing link once a directory publishes it.

A submission counts as delivered when the directory has accepted the form (for example, it shows a confirmation, places the listing in its review queue, or publishes it). If a directory turns out to require payment, is closed, or cannot accept your product, we replace it with another matching directory until the number of submissions in your plan is reached, as long as matching directories remain in our list.

3. What we do not promise

Directories are run by independent third parties who decide on their own whether, when and how to publish a listing, whether links are followed, and whether to keep the listing online. We therefore do not guarantee approval, publication, placement, traffic, search rankings, domain rating or any other result. We do not buy paid placements on your behalf.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorized to promote the product you order for, that the information and files you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them, and that your product is lawful. We may decline or stop an order for products that are illegal, deceptive, malware, adult content or otherwise likely to harm the directories or their users; in that case we refund the undelivered part of the order.

Your order page is reached through a private link. Anyone with the link can see and change your order, so keep it confidential.

5. Accounts we create for you

Logins we create on directories for your order are listed in your report so you can take them over. After delivery you are responsible for those accounts and listings. We keep the dedicated inbox for your order active for at least 90 days after delivery so you can receive late approvals and move accounts to your own email.

6. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and are charged once per order; there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Free preview

The free preview reads the public page you enter and drafts listing copy. It is provided as is, may be limited per visitor, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

8. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your product, name, logo and screenshots, and you grant us a limited license to use them to perform your order. Listing copy we write for you is yours to use anywhere. The Service, its design and our directory list remain ours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party directories.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and orders are governed by the Terms in place when they were placed. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where SUNNYISH LLC is registered. Contact: support@submitbyhand.com.
