Refund Policy

Before we start

If you have not pressed "Start submissions" on your order page, you can get a full refund. Just email us.

After we start

Submissions begin as soon as you start your order, and each one takes real work. Once we have started, we refund the part of your order we have not delivered, calculated per directory: (undelivered submissions ÷ submissions in your plan) × amount paid.

If a directory cannot accept your product, we replace it with another matching directory rather than leaving a gap. If we run out of matching directories before reaching your plan size, we refund the difference.

What is not refundable

Directories decide independently whether and when to publish listings. Approval decisions, publication timing, search rankings, traffic and domain rating are outside our control, so a submission that a directory later declines or removes is still a delivered submission and is not refunded.

How to ask

Email support@submitbyhand.com from the address you ordered with, or include your order link. We answer within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
